| Role | Can |

| Owner | Everything, including billing and closing the workspace. |
| Admin | Invite and remove members, connect systems, import, work cases, change the plan. |
| Member | Import and work cases. Cannot change billing, integrations or the team. |
Sign-in
- Passwords need eight characters with a letter, a number and a symbol. Changing one signs out every other device.
- Continue with OneLifeVibe signs you in across OneLifeVibe sites. Accounts created that way can add a password after re-confirming with OneLifeVibe.
- Sign out other devices from Settings at any time.
Agencies
Recovery firms can be given access to client workspaces and switch between them from the sidebar. Work done in a client workspace is recorded under the staff member's name.
