Trial
New workspaces start on a free trial with every module. When it ends, imports pause until a plan is chosen; reading and working existing cases continues.
Changing plan
- Upgrades apply straight away; the new price starts at the next renewal.
- Downgrades and monthly/yearly switches take effect at the next renewal and are shown on the Billing page until then. Choosing your current plan cancels a queued change.
- There is no part-month charge or credit for any change.
Payments and refunds
Cards are charged by Stripe; ERPSav never sees card numbers. Payments are final, except one refund per card within 48 hours of a renewal on request. A failed renewal is retried by Stripe and you get an email to update the card.
Closing the workspace
The owner can close the workspace from Settings. The subscription stops immediately, with no refund for the current period, and all data is deleted.
