Privacy

Your account details (name, work email, a hashed password), the files you upload and the rows read from them (claims, invoices, lease lines, bills, card statements, repair orders, prospects), evidence files, and a log of actions taken in your workspace. We do not ask for consumer personal data, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

• Hosting: our own servers at Hetzner in the EU.
• Payments: Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never reach ERPSav.
• Email: our own mail server, for sign-in, statements and claim notices.
• Appeal wording: when you ask for a draft, the claim's RO and claim number, dates, op code, hours, brand and findings are sent to DeepSeek to write the text. VINs, evidence files and personal details are never sent. Letters for other modules are written by ERPSav's own templates.

One sign-in cookie, needed for the app to work. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Data stays while your workspace exists. An owner can delete the workspace's claims from Settings at any time. Ask us to close the account and we remove the rest, except billing records we must keep by law.

Traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed, sessions are stored only as hashes, and every query is scoped to your workspace.
