Fleet operators, contractors and delivery businesses on WEX, Corpay, Voyager, Shell or BP cards

Get back fuel card fees you never agreed to, and catch card misuse

Reads your WEX, Fuelman, Comdata, Voyager, Shell or BP transaction export and flags program, convenience and minimum fees you never agreed to, late fees on payments made on time, missing per-gallon discounts and prices above the pump. It also lists fills above tank capacity, repeat fills, premium grade, non-fuel purchases and odometer gaps for an internal check with each driver.

The problem

Fuel cards bill more than fuel: programme, administration and convenience fees, late fees and add-ons that start several billing cycles into a contract. In September 2026 the FTC announced FleetCor (Corpay) will pay $100 million to resolve findings of unauthorised fees charged to business customers.

How it works

  1. Step 1Export statements and feesStatement and fee detail for the last 12–24 months, as CSV or PDF.
  2. Step 2Match payments to due datesEach statement's payment date is compared with its due date.
  3. Step 3Run the checksLate fees on payments made on time, programme or administration fees added mid-contract, fees not in your agreement and duplicate fees.
  4. Step 4Price it by accountEach card account gets a case with the fee lines and dates behind it.
  5. Step 5Ask for the refundERPSav drafts the refund request and checks later statements for the same fees.

Questions

How long do we have to dispute a fee?
Your card agreement sets the limit, and some are short. ERPSav dates every fee so you can raise the ones nearest the limit first.
Does this get us the FTC redress?
No. The FTC's redress process is separate and not yet defined. ERPSav reviews your own statements and drafts the refund request you send to your card provider.
Who contacts the card provider?
You send the request ERPSav drafts. On the managed plan our team sends it under your signed letter of authority, and any refund goes to you.
What does it cost?
Self-serve plans start at $299 a month and you keep 100%. The Recovery plan is $99 a month for this module plus 15% of money credited to you. Managed is 30% of what is recovered.
Is our data safe?
Your files go into your own workspace, and every row is scoped to it, so no other customer can see them. Imports, letters and status changes are written to an audit trail with who did what and when. ERPSav runs on its own servers in the EU behind Cloudflare, and most modules work from a CSV export, so nothing is installed.

ERPSav drafts the fee dispute you send to your card provider; it is not part of, and cannot file for, any FTC redress programme.
