Ecommerce and B2B shippers billed by UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or LTL carriers

Get credited for the shipping charges your carriers got wrong

Reads UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and LTL invoice detail and flags tracking numbers billed twice, voided labels still charged, residential surcharges on businesses, weight and fuel overbilling, and disputed reweighs. It drafts the billing-adjustment request for each carrier account and tracks the 15-, 30-, 90- and 180-day dispute windows so no credit expires.

The problem

Carrier invoices carry surcharges and adjustments that are hard to check by hand: residential fees on business addresses, billed weight above the measured package, duplicate tracking numbers, voided labels, repeat address corrections, and reweigh or reclass fees on LTL bills. Late-delivery refunds have mostly gone: FedEx's money-back guarantee remains suspended for Ground, Home Delivery, Express Saver and 2Day.

How it works

  1. Step 1Upload the invoice detailShipment-level invoice files from UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or your LTL carriers.
  2. Step 2Check every shipmentDuplicate tracking and accessorials, voided labels, residential surcharges on business addresses, billed weight above measured, fuel surcharge above the published rate, repeat address corrections and LTL reweigh or reclass fees.
  3. Step 3Apply guarantees only where they existLate deliveries are flagged only on services where a guarantee applies, such as the FedEx overnight, 2Day A.M. and international Priority services reinstated in 2026.
  4. Step 4Draft the disputeOne dispute per carrier and invoice, with tracking numbers and the arithmetic, ready to file in the carrier's portal.
  5. Step 5Run it weeklyCarrier adjustment windows are short, so each new invoice is checked as it arrives.

What the engine checks

  • Same tracking number or surcharge billed twice, and voided labels still charged
  • Residential surcharges and repeat address-correction fees on known business addresses
  • Billed weight above measured weight and DIM weight
  • Fuel surcharge above the published weekly rate
  • LTL reweigh and reclass corrections against the bill of lading
  • Late deliveries on services that still carry a money-back guarantee

Questions

What are the deadlines?
Parcel carriers set short billing-adjustment windows in their service terms, which is why ERPSav runs weekly. For motor-carrier freight bills, US federal law gives a shipper 180 days from receiving the bill to contest it.
Do you still claim late-delivery refunds?
Only where a guarantee applies. FedEx's money-back guarantee remains suspended for Ground, Home Delivery, Express Saver and 2Day, so ERPSav flags late deliveries only on the services where it was reinstated, and never on Ground.
Who files the dispute?
You do, in the carrier's portal or by email, using ERPSav's draft. On the managed plan we act under your signed letter of authority. ERPSav never books or arranges transport.
What does it cost?
Self-serve plans start at $299 a month and you keep 100%. The Recovery plan is $99 a month for this module plus 15% of money credited to you. Managed is 30% of what is recovered.
Is our data safe?
Your files go into your own workspace, and every row is scoped to it, so no other customer can see them. Imports, letters and status changes are written to an audit trail with who did what and when. ERPSav runs on its own servers in the EU behind Cloudflare, and most modules work from a CSV export, so nothing is installed.

ERPSav finds billing errors and drafts disputes you file in your own name; it never books or arranges transport.
