The cost recovery ERP

Your business already lost this money. ERPSav gets it back.

Duplicate supplier payments, landlord overcharges, utility and telecom errors, padded card fees and denied warranty claims. Found by rules, priced to the cent, sent with the letter, tracked until the money lands.

14 days from your first import, every module, no card. On self-serve plans you keep 100% of what you recover.

How it works

From export to refund in three steps

  1. 01

    Export what you already have

A paid-invoice ledger, last year's CAM reconciliations, utility bills, card statements or a warranty claim register. CSV from any ERP, DMS or bank portal. No integration project.

  2. 02

Every rule runs, every dollar is priced

Forty-plus deterministic rules check each line and price the money at risk and the money you can expect back, so overlapping findings never double count.

  3. 03

Send it, track it, collect it

Each case comes with a ready-to-send letter to the vendor, landlord, utility, processor or manufacturer, a deadline, an owner and a ledger entry when the money lands.

Built like an ERP

Enterprise structure, without the implementation

Multi-country, multi-currency

US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Each entity keeps its own currency and the local vocabulary: CAM, service charge, outgoings.

Multi-entity by design

Stores, sites, properties and legal entities in one workspace. Import per location, report across the group.

Tenant isolation and audit trail

Every row is scoped to its workspace. Every import, letter, status change and recovery is logged with who and when.

Agency and managed service

Recovery firms run many client workspaces from one login, with a shared work queue, assignments, deadlines and monthly fee statements.

Pipeline built in

A call queue that orders itself, one-click outcomes, follow-ups and talk tracks per module, for firms that win clients by phone.

Rules decide, AI only writes

Money is computed by rules you can read. Language models are used only to polish letters a human approves, with cached prompts and hard cost caps.

Pricing

Questions

Do we need an integration?
No. Every module reads an export from the system you already use, usually a CSV. Headers are matched automatically, and unreadable rows come back with a line number and a reason.
What does ERPSav do, and what do we do?
ERPSav finds and prices each overcharge and drafts the letter. On self-serve plans and the Recovery plan you send it in your own name. On the managed plan our team sends it under your signed letter of authority. Either way the money is paid to you.
How is the expected recovery calculated?
Each rule prices the money at risk and applies a confidence for that type of finding. When several findings describe the same dollars, only the largest counts. You see the rule, the evidence and the arithmetic for every case.
What does it cost?
Self-serve plans start at $299 a month and you keep 100%. The Recovery plan is priced by module, from $25 a month (card fees) to $149 a month (warranty), plus an 8–15% success fee when money is credited. Managed is performance only, typically 20–30% of what is received. There are no setup fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days with every module, counted from the first import, and no card. When it ends, your findings stay visible; importing, letters and exports need a plan or a one-time pass.
Which countries are supported?
The US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Some modules are narrower: warranty, tariff refunds, freight claims, detention & demurrage and medical bills are US only; sales tax is not offered in Australia; and card-fee and chargeback work is software-only in the UK and Ireland.
Is our data safe?
Every row is scoped to your workspace, so no other customer can see it. Imports, letters and status changes are written to an audit trail. ERPSav runs on its own servers in the EU behind Cloudflare, and card details for billing go to Stripe, never to ERPSav.
Is this legal, tax or medical advice?
No. ERPSav compares your documents with the terms and published rules you provide and shows the arithmetic. Questions about what a contract, statute or tax rule means go to your own lawyer or adviser.

Why now

Money businesses are owed, on the public record

  • $166B

In February 2026 the US Supreme Court held that IEEPA does not authorize tariffs; CBP has estimated about $166 billion in refunds to more than 330,000 importers.

ERPSav reconciles every entry against the refunds you have received and flags what is still missing.

Learning Resources v. Trump, summary of CBP's estimate
  • $100M

In September 2026 the FTC announced FleetCor (Corpay) will pay $100 million to resolve findings of unauthorized fees charged to business customers.

ERPSav checks your own fuel card statements for late fees on on-time payments and fees added mid-contract.

    FTC press release
  • 46%

Zylo reports that, on average, 46% of SaaS licences go unused.

ERPSav finds unused seats, duplicate subscriptions and renewals about to lock in, from an AP or card export.

    Zylo, licence waste
  • 180 days

Under federal law, a shipper has 180 days from receiving a motor-carrier bill to contest it.

ERPSav checks every freight bill as it arrives, so disputes go out well inside the window.

    49 U.S.C. § 13710
  • 30%

Stripe charges $15 per dispute, and its Smart Disputes service takes 30% of each dispute won.

ERPSav's Recovery plan takes 12% of disputes won, across every processor you use.

  • Oct 26

On 26 October 2026 a federal appeals court struck down the Federal Reserve's debit-interchange cap; the cap stays in force until the court's mandate issues.

ERPSav separates interchange from markup on every statement, so you can see what changes reach you.
