Letters
Each case drafts a factual request naming the documents, dates and figures, signed by your workspace. Polish rewrites the wording without changing any figure; if a number would change, the original is kept. Letters make no legal conclusions.
Expected recovery
Expected recovery is the amount at risk times the confidence of the rule. When several findings cover the same money, the case counts the largest one, never the sum, so totals are not inflated.
Deadlines and reminders
Cases carry the counterparty's objection or claim window as a due date. Owners get a reminder when a case is inside seven days of its deadline, at most every three days.
