Your import address
Each workspace has a private address like in+…@erpsav.com on the Integrations page. Anything sent there is imported into that workspace only. Make a new address at any time; mail to the old one is then ignored.
What is read
- CSV attachments go to the module whose columns they match, including warranty claim reports scheduled from CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Tekion or Dealertrack.
- PDF attachments (utility and telecom bills, card statements, CAM reconciliations, supplier invoices) have their text read into rows. Figures are copied as printed; nothing is estimated.
- Scanned images without a text layer are reported as unreadable rather than guessed.
- Up to ten attachments per message and 8 MB each. Each message is imported once even if it is delivered twice.
Replies
When the sender is a member of the workspace, they get a short summary of what was imported. Senders outside the workspace get nothing back.
