Terms of service

The service
ERPSav analyses exports a business uploads (warranty claim registers, payables ledgers, lease reconciliations, utility and telecom bills, card processing statements and repair orders), finds money that was overpaid, denied or never collected, and helps the business plan, send and track each recovery. On the managed service, ERPSav also works the cases on the customer's behalf under written authority.
Findings and expected recoveries are estimates from your own data, not a promise that a counterparty will pay. Counterparty decisions are outside our control.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the files you upload, for who you invite to your workspace, and for keeping your password private. You must have the right to share the claim data you upload with us.
Plans and billing
New workspaces get a 14-day trial with no card. When it ends, importing pauses until a plan is chosen; everything already imported stays readable.
Self-serve plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. You keep 100% of what you recover on these plans. A plan change takes effect from your next renewal, with no part-month charge or credit.
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period already paid, with no credit for unused time.
All payments are final and non-refundable, with one exception: if you ask within 48 hours of a renewal and have not used the workspace since that renewal, we refund that renewal once per card.
Managed service
The managed service has no subscription. We charge the agreed share of money a counterparty actually pays or credits on cases we worked, recorded against each case and invoiced monthly: 22% for warranty, 30% for supplier payments and lease charges, 33% for utilities and telecom, and 40% of the first year's savings for card fees, unless your agreement says otherwise. Nothing is charged on cases that are not won.
Acceptable use
Do not upload data you have no right to share, try to reach another customer's data, probe or overload the service, or use it to submit claims you know to be false.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to workspace owners before they take effect.
