US importers of record and their finance teams
Make sure every IEEPA duty you paid comes back, with interest
Reads ACE entry summary lines or your broker's export, matches the IEEPA duty on every entry against the refunds and interest recorded, and lists each entry still short with its CAPE, protest or court-filing date. ERPSav does not file with CBP: filing is customs business that needs your licensed customs broker or trade counsel, so you get a worklist and a letter for them.
The problem
In February 2026 the US Supreme Court held that IEEPA does not authorise tariffs, and CBP has estimated about $166 billion in refunds to more than 330,000 importers. Refunds arrive entry by entry, and it is hard to see which entries were repaid in full, which were short or paid without interest, and which have liquidated and need a different route.
How it works
- Step 1Export your entriesEntry summary data with the IEEPA duty on each entry, from ACE reports or your broker.
- Step 2Add refunds receivedThe refund remittances CBP has paid you so far.
- Step 3Reconcile entry by entryDuty plus interest owed is compared with the refund received for each entry.
- Step 4Flag the gapsMissing refunds, short refunds and liquidated entries are listed separately, largest first.
- Step 5Hand it to your brokerERPSav prepares a reconciliation pack and draft notes for you or your licensed customs broker to act on.

Questions
- Is there a deadline?
- Entries that have liquidated may need a protest or another legal route, with a time limit that runs from liquidation. ERPSav lists those entries first. Your licensed customs broker or attorney decides the route.
- Who files with CBP?
- You or your licensed customs broker. Filing for others is customs business, which needs a licence. ERPSav reconciles and drafts only.
- What does it cost?
- A flat report: $499 for up to 200 entries, $1,499 for up to 2,000, and a quote above that. Optionally, 8% of the shortfall ERPSav flags that you later receive.
- Why not just wait for the refunds?
- Refunds have arrived in stages. A reconciliation shows which entries are still missing money, so you or your broker can follow up on specific entries instead of a total.
- Is our data safe?
- Your files go into your own workspace, and every row is scoped to it, so no other customer can see them. Imports, letters and status changes are written to an audit trail with who did what and when. ERPSav runs on its own servers in the EU behind Cloudflare, and most modules work from a CSV export, so nothing is installed.
ERPSav prepares the reconciliation; you or your licensed customs broker files anything with CBP.
