What could you get back, and what would it cost?

Pick the modules, enter a few numbers you already know, and see a typical range under each way to pay. Ranges, not promises: every rate is sourced or marked as an estimate.

1. Pick the modules

Choose what you want to check. You can change this at any time.

2. Enter a few numbers

Defaults are deliberately modest. Every rate below is shown with its source or marked as an estimate.

Supplier payments

Total paid to suppliers in a year.

1 to 3. Two is usual.

Leave at 0 if you don't know.

  • Duplicates and overpayments: 0.05–0.2% of AP spend per year reviewed. No verified public benchmark; illustrative. (Estimate)

Utilities & telecom

All sites, all providers.

  • Billing errors: 2–10% of spend. (Estimate)
  • Texting surcharges are checked against the published 10DLC table; not included here. Source

3. Your typical range

Typical range, not a guarantee. First year, including any look-back.

Patients: is a self-pay bill over the estimate?

If you were uninsured or self-pay and the bill is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it for a $25 fee within 120 days of the bill date. Source: CMS

$950 over the estimate: above the $400 threshold.

An ERPSav review of this bill is a flat $149, paid up front, with an optional $29 letter pack for the federal dispute. No percentage of savings. This is a check of the numbers you enter, not medical or legal advice.

How the numbers are built

  • Found is what the module's rules would typically flag in the first year, including any look-back you choose.
  • Expected recovery applies the share of found money usually recovered (50–80%, an estimate). For chargebacks the win rate already does this.
  • Cost is 12 months of platform fees plus success fees on the expected recovery. Self-serve uses the cheapest plan that covers your modules.
  • Net gain is expected recovery minus cost. The low end pairs the lowest recovery with its fees, and the high end the highest.
  • Rates without a public benchmark are labelled estimates. Your own data decides the real number: a free trial shows it within minutes of an upload.
